39 y/o presented with long floppy nipples following childbirth and nursing. She had a failed attempt at nipple reduction in another country and now presents with long floppy nipples with visible scarring from previous surgery. I performed a Nipple reduction procedure under local anesthesia. She is very happy after 6 months with reduced nipple projection
