breast reduction chicagoQuestion: What do breasts look like after the implants are removed and what if replacements aren’t wanted? Will the breast then be smaller than the original size? Saggy?

Answer: The breasts will look exactly like they did before the augmentation if the implant was placed under the muscle. Only the changes of aging, hormones and weight will affect the breast tissue that sits over the implant. If, however, the implant was placed over the muscle and was very large there may be sagging from the weight of the implant that stretched out the skin. But it should be noted that when implants are removed skin does typically shrink a lot.
