What Do Breasts Look Like After The Implants Are Removed?

Question:
What do breasts look like after the implants are removed and what if replacements aren’t wanted? Will the breast then be smaller than the original size? Saggy?

Answer:
The breasts will look exactly like they did before the augmentation if the implant was placed under the muscle. Only the changes of aging, hormones and weight will affect the breast tissue that sits over the implant. If, however, the implant was placed over the muscle and was very large there may be sagging from the weight of the implant that stretched out the skin. But it should be noted that when implants are removed skin does typically shrink a lot.

Can Squint Lines Be Erased Without Surgery?

Filler or Botox
Question:
Im wondering about sun squint lines, going horizontal on the top part of my nose and then up and down lines just between my brows, which create darkness and make me look like I’m mad or something….can these be “erased” without surgery? I realize Botox would be needed probably, but can those lines “really” be filled without making that area look swollen?”

Answer:
Squint lines can be addressed a couple of different ways. A simple immediate solution would be to eliminate the problem all together by investing in a pair of wrap around sunglasses. Wrap around sunglasses will greatly reduce any further damage that squinting will cause.

To address the squint lines already created, unfortunately there isn’t a filler on the market that would achieve results with out leaving a swollen look. Since Botox paralyzes the muscles which create the lines it is the best solution to achieve the look your seeking.

Do Breast Implants Have To Get Replaced?

Question:
I’ve heard that breast implants have to get replaced every 10 years, is that true and why?

Answer:
This is not true. Breast implants do not need to be replaced every 10 years. However, saline and silicone implants do deflate slightly over time and replacement may be something some women consider. At 10 years the rates are about 10 percent for saline and 15 percent for silicone.
