EYEBROW MICROBLADING IN CHICAGO AND NORTHSHORE AREA | SEMI-PERMANENT EYEBROW ENHANCEMENT
What is Eyebrow Microblading?
Eyebrow Microblading is a procedure to enhance your eyebrows with new eyebrow technology. We use a semi-permanent color after performing hair like groove strokes along your individual eyebrow hairs. This will enhance and restore the look of your natural appearing eyebrows.
How long does Eyebrow Microblading take?
After initial consultation, each treatment includes two visits. The first treatment includes drawing out the shape of the eyebrows and the initial application. The first visit can take 2-3 hours from start to finish. The second appointment is scheduled for four to six weeks after to refine the strokes and fine-tune color. The second appointment takes about 1-2 hours.
Is there downtime with Eyebrow Microblading?
There is little to no down time with eyebrow microblading. Immediately after treatment, eyebrows can appear darker than expected but will fade during the healing process. There will be some redness and swelling for the first few days followed by some minor scabbing up to 10 days after treatment.
How long does Eyebrow Microblading last?
On average, eyebrow microblading lasts for 6-12 months before the pigment will begin to fade. You will desire a touch up to maintain even color or your naturally enhanced eyebrows.
“He did a wonderful job!
I am a 67 year old who never really had eyebrows. It was always a hassle to fill in my eyebrows and embarrassing if I wiped my forehead the wrong way and unknowingly wiped off my eyebrows. I love my eyebrows and Michael at Casas Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, he did a wonderful job!”
“I love my new eyebrows!
I am a 50 year old who wanted to give my eyebrows a little enhancement. I was constantly noticing that my eyebrows were becoming thinner and lighter and filling in my eyebrows every day was a relentless task. I am a previous patient of Dr. Casas so when I went for my appointment with Michael, I knew I would be in good hands. I love my new eyebrows!”
