Featured Case of the Month
Dr. Casas pioneered this innovative breast (mastopexy) procedure she named AutoAugmentation Mastopexy in which she surgically lifts and reshapes a saggy low wide breast into a projecting full round breast. She pioneered and then published this technique in 2010 in the most prestigious Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
Today, we present her latest case in which she transforms and reshapes a drooping hanging wide amorphous 34 D cup breast, without using a breast implant, into a youthful full round breast.
This is a 32-year-old female who had four children and nursed all for 6-8 months. The patient liked the volume of her breasts (34D) but wanted an improved shape without an implant. Under local anesthesia, Dr. Laurie Casas transformed this patients sagging 34 D cup breasts into a youthful full projecting breasts by safely rearranging the patients breast tissue without using a breast implant.
Post-op photos (three months after surgery) demonstrate the projection and fullness without using a breast implant.
