41y/o breast fed and subsequently lost breast tissue. Preoperatively, seen in her before photos, she also has a prominent sternum (breast bone) that pushes her nipples to the side. Because she is 5’0 tall and wears a size 30B bra, a smooth Sientra 190 cc low profile implant provided the breast base width for her anatomy.
