Description:41y/o breast fed and subsequently lost breast tissue. Preoperatively, seen in her before photos, she also has a prominent sternum (breast bone) that pushes her nipples to the side. Because she is 5’0 tall and wears a size 30B bra, a smooth Sientra 190 cc low profile implant provided the breast base width for her anatomy. This implant width allowed her nipple areola to move more to the middle of the new breast mound. Because of her preexisting prominent sternum, the cleavage achieved with these implants, was the best possible.
