“Dr. Casas is a wonderful and caring doctor who is truly interested in her patients’ health and well-being. Dr. Casas performed right breast implant revision surgery after my twelve-year-old saline implant deflated. My situation was somewhat unique. Initially, I tried to contact my original plastic surgeon, but unfortunately, he retired and closed his office. I was left with no information about the type, brand, or size of my breast implants ( lesson learned, since I did not retain any of that info either). I was happy with the look of saline implants, and cost-wise, it made sense to exchange only the deflated one.
