This is an 18-year-old with chronic irritation of her enlarged right and left labia minora and excess right tissue on the side of the clitoral hood. After a thorough evaluation and full informed consent, the patient decided to have a labiaplasty. A conservative bilateral labia minora wedge and a right clitoral hood resection were performed to Resect the chronically irritated excessive tissue.
