Question: I’m 25 and considering a Mastopexy after losing a significant amount of weight, can I do it without implants? I’m 5′3 and my bra size is currently 36DD. I’m down to 130 lbs but formerly I weighed 200lbs at my heaviest. I’ve become very self-conscious about the stretch marks and sagging. Question: I would love to know if there is any type of surgery that can reduce the size of my breasts without submitting to a full breast reduction!
